• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Certain items such as personal care products, innerwear, or customized items are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for quick resolution.
